        The width of your strap at the watch and at the buckle. The first number is the width at the watch, the second number is the width at the buckle. i.e. 24/22 = 24mm wide at the watch,  22mm wide at the buckle.

        Select round or oval holes.  

        Round and oval holes are both 4mm wide, oval holes will be spaced slightly closer together.  

        Oval holes are not available on canvas straps.

        If your watch is a Luminor or 1950 style Panerai select "Yes" from the dropdown menu.

        If you have a Radiomir Panerai or any other type of watch leave dropdown menu on "No" as you do not need tubes.

        Note: Never use tubes on any watch other than Panerai.  Doing so could cause permanent damage to both watch and strap!

        Got an old, favorite belt? A baseball glove in the attic? A favorite leather bag or briefcase that's no longer needed? Or did you just find some cool leather that you'd like to have an amazing custom watch strap made from?  I can turn many of your old leather goods (and sometimes canvas, too) into a custom strap that will preserve the character of your item while bringing it an entirely new lifetime of usefulness on your wrist.

        How to order: First please read the details below, which explain what I'll need to make your strap.  If you have any questions or need confirmation that the material you have will work, please email Micah here.  Once you're ready to order, just enter the details you want for your strap above and place your order.  Contact me and I'll provide shipping info on where to send your material.  

        Details: To make a strap I need two strips of clean, contiguous leather each with the dimensions of 12" (305mm) long and 1.25" (32mm) wide, ideally 2mm thick but if it's thicker I can usually thin it down. If it's thin sometimes I can still use it, but often leather that's very thin isn't suitable for straps.

        If I provide a backing leather for the strap it reduces the amount of leather needed; I would then need one strip of leather 10" (255mm) long by 1.25" (32mm) wide and another strip of leather 6" (153mm) long by 1.25" (32mm) wide, again with both pieces of leather being clean and contiguous.

        These measurements assume a maximum completed strap length of 135/85, if the strap needs to be longer the amount of leather needed will also need to be longer.
